Unilever is currently hiring for PC ID Assistant Production Engineer & SUIT Manager based in Surabaya / Rungkut PW-1 Factory , Indonesia

Our Personal Care / Supply Chain team is embarking on an exciting journey as its PC ID Asst. Production Engineer & Project Manager

What can you expect from t he r ole ?

  • Develop, Analyse and manage Manufacturing / Assembly Project.

  • Assist in developing department capital, and expenses budget. Maintain the department capital forecast.

  • Administer the assembly NPI process to ensure that Engineering drawings are released and processes on time for NPI build.

  • Engage in creative problem solving to address operational issues including ergonomic / safety, efficiency improvement, process bottlenecks, quality concern.

  • Work with internal & external suppliers to develop and manage project to ensure efficient and cost – effective system and processes to produce quality product

  • Design and develop and implement the integration of manufacturing system including factory control software , scheduling techniques, simulation, and system applications.

  • Coordinate, plan, monitor, and report the activities associated with the flow analysis, design, financial modelling, and implementation of complex manufacturing group technology cells in assigned area.

  • Providing manufacturing technical support in process control and internal certifications.

    Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree from engineering major

  • Strong knowledge of Project Management

  • Professional with minimum 3-5 years   relevant working   experience   in FMCG business.

  • Mast ering quality Control, maintenance, industrial engineering, production planning and control and even confidential product development.

    Skill

  • Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization.

  • Excellent Microsoft office & excel or power BI to able to carry out analysis and interpretation of data.

  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, proactive, can-do attitude, eagerness to learn and work well in a fast-paced environment

    Work Location: Rungkut Factory
