JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking authentic Chinese dishes. Specific duties include: Planning the menu and monitoring the supplies in the restaurant\'s kitchen. Ensuring the freshness of the ingredients/food by checking its quality, tracking its longevity and rotating stock. Seasoning, cooking and garnishing food in accordance with recipes and personal expertise/experience. Preparing, cooking, garnishing and presenting menu items. Creating decorative food displays. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requires at least two years of experience as a chef at a Chinese restaurant.
