Position Summary...
What you'll do...
The Product Operations role sits at the intersection between Product Management, XFN Partners, Technical Program Management, and Software Engineering to sure that we are able to deliver platforms on a timely basis, with the right feature set, to make the maximum impact on our customers while following our EDLP / EDLC principles.

Our team works closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and merchants with technological innovation. From groceries and entertainment to sporting goods and crafts, Walmart U.S. offers an extensive selection that our customers value, whether they shop online at Walmart.com, through one of our mobile apps, or in-store. Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization.

WIn this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the development of large-scale, cross-functional projects in a multi-disciplinary environment. What you'll bring:
A bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
1+ years of experience as a Product Management, Engineering Management, or Technical Program Manager in software delivery within a related industry managing aggressive schedules and significant business impact.
Experienced in system/platform design concepts, architecture, UX design, services, APIs, and technologies.
Build positive relationships and collaborate with product managers to understand target personas and business process needs, which you will then translate into features and user stories that engineers will leverage to iterate products quickly.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a love for data and solving complex problems.
Expertise in change & risk management methodologies, project management tools, techniques, project tracking tools, dashboards, and reports
Strong communicator in both verbal and written forms and are equally adept in communicating upwards, outwards, and downward.
Deep understanding of JIRA, JIRA Align, Big Picture, etc. would be advantageous.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
