The Claris product management team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of all aspects of the collaboration with our Partners taking care of programs and incentives from strategy to execution. In this role, you will be responsible for strategies to build, manage, and grow our partner network. This role would require a unique blend of product management expertise, business development skills, and a deep understanding of the technology landscape for development platforms.

Description

Product Managers in our organization are a hub function and sit at the intersection of engineering and go to market. We shape high-level product goals but also get our hands dirty. On an average day, you might pitch a concept to senior leadership, create a launch plan with marketing, work with designers and researchers to conduct user interviews or concept tests, conceptualize a new feature, analyze usage data, and/or contribute to the overall company strategy. We have the ultimate responsibility for understanding our clients’ needs, influencing business strategy, prioritizing product features, and collaborating with engineering to develop our products. In this role, you will: - Own a comprehensive partner ecosystem strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. This includes 1400 Claris Partners around the world and collaborations across Apple. - The partner strategy should consider and prioritize different key partner segments, including resellers, system integrators and independent software vendors (ISV). - Maintain and evolve a tiered partner program with defined benefits, requirements, and incentives. - Create robust training programs, and certification paths for partners. - Synthesize partner feedback and partner support needs. - Contribute toward building message plans for partners that will be delivered through newsletters, webinars, and events. - Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key Claris partners. - Establish metrics to measure the success and health of the Claris partner ecosystem. - Conduct regular performance reviews with partners and internal stakeholders to assess progress and identify opportunities for improvement. - Develop co-marketing initiatives, sales tools, and promotional materials to support partner-driven sales efforts. - Develop systems to facilitate and optimize the effort to connect customers and partners - Enable GTM to develop joint marketing campaigns and co-branded content with partners. - Design and architect Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software and other tools to streamline partner interactions and performance tracking. - Define requirements and drive the development of a comprehensive, self-service, partner portal with easy access to resources, documentation, and support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in product management or similar experience, having successfully delivered products to market

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building, scaling, and optimizing partnership programs and ecosystems

  • Success building and growing relationships within complex partner ecosystems

  • Experience working with companies in the professional services industry (e.g. consultancies)

  • A successful record of hitting key performance indicators while working with complex partner engagements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

  • Proven ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas through written and/or verbal communication to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail.

  • A strong background in data analysis and developing insights and recommended actions from data plus market analysis is essential- Use a data-driven approach that incorporates partner and internal feedback to ensure partners’ success

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $195,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
