Walmart Seller Development Representative in Sunnyvale, California

The Walmart Marketplace is a curated community of respected, professional sellers who offer only top-quality, authentic products and best-in-class customer service.

You will be responsible for recruiting and launching our next generation of Marketplace sellers. You will work closely with the category seller growth teams to assess market opportunities + attract new accounts, expand assortment and increase inventory. You will manage the sourcing of E2E business development lifecycle and will set up the best introductions to the right team members, ensuring our new sellers are fully equipped for immediate success. You'll make an impact by :

  • Managing a pipeline of team generated leads : Prospect and manage a pipeline of high-value, strategic accounts across key categories

  • Working with SalesOps to outline growth opportunities to find and maintain quality accounts

  • Assisting Business Development Managers in l aunching new sellers: Create a clear value proposition for selling on Walmart.com and successfully generate meetings for new sellers meeting with Business Development Managers

  • Building relationships with key decision makers: Develop relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within senior management of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and working teams to develop business plans that exceed expectations. Understand Sellers' goals, decision-making processes, and success metrics

  • Being seller obsessed: Listen to seller feedback, challenges and needs and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seller success

  • Working cross functionally to help increase conversion metrics

  • Consistently achieve quotas by hitting call, email, meeting and pipeline targets

  • Effectively and efficiently using Salesforce to keep data accurate

  • Successfully using email templates and call scripts to have conversations that help gauge and increase interest for Walmart Marketplace

  • Comfortable m aking 30-50 outbound calls a day

  • Leveraging sales tools such as ZoomInfo

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• 6-12 months of previous business experience

• Previous experience with sales and prospecting tools a plus: Salesforce, HubSpot, zoomInfo

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to navigate different systems and tools and follow process

• Highly motivated and driven individual who thrives working toward monthly and quarterly quotas • A desire to grow and advance a career in sales

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649/Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00

SUNNYVALE, California US-04397:The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00

Atlanta, Georgia US-11074/Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
