EXOS Regional Marketing & Communications Manager in Sunnyvale, California

As Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll be our eyes and ears across the Bay Area region, where the client is located - driving strategy, communications and the implementation of regional and global wellbeing marketing programs and initiatives. This role will enable the marketing function in the areas with our greatest density, leading the collaboration with internal stakeholders and managing expectations with client stakeholders. This role will work closely with the AMER, APAC and EMEA Marketing & Communication team members, the Marketing Center of Excellence, and across other teams within the org.
This is a Bay Area-based role, reporting into the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications, AMER. Regular (quarterly to annually) travel will be required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ownership over Bay client and internal stakeholder relationships, responsible for developing, growing and maintaining strategic partnerships that deliver on regional goals, demonstrate value, and aim toward larger org-wide priorities
Manage marketing and communications requests from those internal stakeholders, determining the most strategic response in accordance with our annual strategic plan
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement consistent communications across organizations, visually and tonally
Collaborate on the development and implementation of all consumer-focused communications and production of those assets
Own and manage all marketing services offered by this internal team, including toolkit development and optimization, development of SOPs and guidelines, website maintenance, newsletter content development, asset requests, regional promotional campaigns, email engagement campaigns, documentation creation to educate and enable internal teams to find and properly leverage the best marketing assets. Continually explore how to elevate and refine marketing tactics and channels
Contribute to and provide strategic input and/or executional support towards global marketing initiatives and campaign development
Align regional campaigns with our global marketing initiatives
Clearly and effectively story tell to multiple audiences (internal, users, stakeholders), embodying and evolving the brand tone
Contribute to strategic planning, development and delivery of an integrated marketing strategy and communications plan
Ideate, improve, and rollout processes to drive efficiencies across teams and more effective collaboration
Take initiative to plan, organize, coordinate and perform work in situations where numerous and diverse demands are involved
Our marketing and communications function is evolving, and as team needs adjust, exact responsibilities may do so as well. An openness to accepting that environment will be key!
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree
Located in the Bay Area
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant marketing and communications experience managing a broad marketing mix with proven ability to build relationships, identify needs and implement solutions end-to-end
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence others
Experience with G-suite tools
Personal interest in health and wellbeing is a plus

Residents of CA, CO, NY, WA, MD: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $75,000/year to $90,000/year. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
