Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. The Trust and Safety Cloud team's mission is to protect the world from abuse coming from Google Cloud.

Lead the OAuth Abuse team to set vision, drive strategic initiatives in the areas of third party apps compliance, and operational excellence.
Coach and mentor individual contributor teams to deliver exceptional business results.
Lead multiple strategic initiatives for Trust and Safety Google Cloud leveraging operations research concepts, process automation, and machine learning.
Work collaboratively and cross functionally (e.g., Operations, Policy, Product, Sales, Support, Engineering, etc.) to ensure coordination and alignment on strategy, objectives, and key results with senior stakeholders.
Measure impact and establish metrics for programs which, by their nature, often focus on harder-to-measure intangibles. Use data to make informed decisions on subsequent actions.
