Netchannels is seeking an Integrated Marketing Program Manager for our client, Google.
In this key role, you will contribute to the overall integrated marketing strategy and be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns that deliver on priority business goals and objectives for Google Pixel in the Public Sector: Civilian Federal, Defense Federal, State Local, and Education). The role focuses on developing and executing marketing programs that drive revenue across multiple channels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Integrated Marketing Program Manager will execute and manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution for the Public Sector segment focusing on specific persona. A main priority of the marketing program manager is to design and implement a connected customer journey for the selected audiences. The individual will consult and influence various functions, including global marketing teams, sales teams, partner marketing, digital marketing, event marketing, and field marketing, always operating in a collaborative approach.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop an overall Pixel for Business proactive marketing strategy for the Public Sector
Socialize and get buy-in for the segment’s marketing strategy and programs, working closely with the marketing and local business leadership teams across Pixel and Google Cloud
Own the strategy and the execution to deliver results aligned with Sales, Customer Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Partner with cross-functional teams: Content and Product Marketing, Creative, Digital Marketing, Strategy and Operations, Events, and Partner Marketing to develop integrated marketing strategies and deliver go-to-market programs that drive growth.
Develop structure and process for plan transparency through campaign calendars and consistent measurement at every stage of the audience journey, integrated across channels.
Manage budgets and drive vendors for deliverables on time and within budget
Manage events, including for large audiences
Ability to assist in developing the "one Google story," where Google markets one solution tailored to the Public Sector rather than separate products.
SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES
Campaign design and strategy
Program management for the campaigns you oversee
Ongoing reporting and optimization
Target audience expertise: develop persona
Advises on marketing channel mix (email, paid social, organic social, live events, virtual events, display, content syndication, etc.)
Content marketing strategy
Content development
Stakeholder engagement and management
Internal communications
Campaign and event goal creation
Demand generation strategy
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the high-tech industry required
Understanding of Google technology: Pixel, Cloud
7+ experience in B2B Marketing
Experience working with the Public Sector vertical market
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication
Exceptional collaboration skills and rallying other teams toward achieving common goals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Pixel, hardware products, and marketing trends.
Knowledge of multi-touch campaigns with digital-first expertise.
Ability to take a data-driven approach, including the use of AI, to design and optimize programs and results.
Experience managing budgets and organizing events with a large number of attendees.
Ability to influence at the executive leadership level.
Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and strategic/analytical marketing skills.
