How You'll help us connect the world:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented and hands-on Product Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be essential in optimizing and ensuring the seamless operation of our SaaS products. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, IT, and Marketing—to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our SaaS product operations.

  • Data Analysis, Maintenance and Reporting: Develop and manage tools for product analytics. Analyze product data to generate insights that inform product decisions.

  • Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics. Maintain data integrity, cleanup, and sync between various backend systems.

  • Process Improvement: Develop and optimize business processes related to order management and data hygiene. Translate business requirements into technical requirements for IT and engineering teams and streamline workflows to eliminate bottlenecks.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support early access/beta programs by managing customer outreach and tracking progress against goals and metrics in collaboration with product managers. Develop and run surveys to achieve targeted outcomes.

  • Feedback Loops: Work with customer success and product management teams to analyze customer feedback and NPS scores, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

  • Trials and Launch Support: Manage and monitor product trial programs, generating analytics on conversion rates. Collaborate with product marketing for in-product marketing campaigns. Support licensing of trial customers and marketing projects.

  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for product processes and best practices. Work with customer success, technical writing, UX and engineering teams to develop in-product announcements and feature usage guides for major feature releases.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of highly technical product operations experience in a SaaS product company.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Knowledge of Pendo or similar product analytics platform.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP, API integrations is desirable.

  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced global environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences alike.

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology .

Our salary ranges consider various factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $105,000.00-$130,000.00.
