Merakey is seeking a Team Supervisor to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Sunbury, PA.   The Team Supervisor (TS) is a management position, responsible for the direct supervision of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and oversight of day-to-day operations of assigned homes. The TS holds primary responsibility for site-based compliance to PA Office of Developmental Program's regulations, Administrative Entity (AE)requirements and implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP's) and Merakey policies and standards. The Team Supervisor assumes the on-site leadership role in assuring the health, safety and contentment of the individuals served. Additionally, this position is responsible to supervise, support and discipline DSPs as necessary. Team Supervisors are expected to exercise initiative and independent judgment in achieving objectives.
