Hiring Steel Shop Laborer in Sultan, WA
*1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts available!*
Pay : $18- $21/HR
We are seeking motivated individuals for an Entry Level Manufacturing Role at our facility located in Sultan, WA, 98294. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start their career in manufacturing. Responsibilities
Operate manual grinders and other manufacturing equipment.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Assist in the production process by preparing materials and components.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Valid Driver's License.
Experience with manual grinders is preferred but not required; we are willing to train.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Must be able to lift and move materials as needed.
