Build solid customer relationships, provide solutions to customers, and increase sales. Must speak English and Spanish to communicate with our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Provide quotes
- Routine account follow up
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Set up new accounts and persuade them to change to Disco for products they are purchasing from competitors
- Sell new products
Skills
- Customer Service experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Self-motivated
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to learn new skills and computer programs
