V2X Software Analyst V in Suitland, Maryland

Responsibilities
Analyze machine code using various reverse engineering tools (e.g., Ghidra, IDA Pro, etc.)
Program microcontrollers in assembly language or other programming languages
Design and prototype interfaces for systems
Utilize electronic schematics to analyze digital signal processing (DSP) and determine software characteristics of systems
Familiarity with field programmable gate array (FPGA) technologies and different microcontrollers
Qualifications
Education / Certifications:
Associates Degree (desired) or High School Degree with 3-years of experience in a similar position
Experience:
Minimum 3 years' software analysis experience and knowledge of working in a laboratory environment conducting. analysis of programming languages using various reverse engineering tools
Experience in software reverse engineering
Proficient in one or more programming languages
Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes
Demonstrated proficiency in effective communications (writing, speaking, briefing)
Desired Experience:
Schematic Generation: OrCAD, Altium, EAGLE, KiCAD, Diptrace
Circuit Simulation, measurement, automation: PSpice, LabVIEW
Micro-miniature soldering experience
Software Programming: C/C++, Python, PHP
Software Disassembly: IDA Pro, Ghidra
Digital Forensic: EnCASE, FTK, X-Ways, OSForensics, Autopsy
CAD packages: SolidWorks, NX
Antenna design and simulation: CST Microwave studio suite, Antenna Magus
CompTIA certification: A+, Network+, Security+
Familiar with various lab equipment (e.g., Power Supplies, Logic Analyzer, Oscilloscope, multimeters, etc.)
Skills & Technology Used:
Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional)
Familiar with various operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows, etc.)
Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
