Starting General Manager Salary: $50,000 - 60,000

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field

  • Preferred: ServSafe Certification- Assistance and education is provided if not certified

  • Energetic and excellent communication skills

  • Practical/hands-on approach

  • Foster Teamwork

  • Provide daily coaching and feedback

  • Managing budgets

  • Training and development

  • Analytical skills
