Perform regular audits of the assembly processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Assist in training production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment to ensure accurate testing and measurement results.
Analyze inspection data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
Ensure timely and accurate communication of inspection results to relevant stakeholders, including management and engineering teams.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
