ASRC Federal Holding Company Program Analyst in Suffolk, Virginia
ASRC Federal Technology Solutions (AFTS) is seeking an Program Analyst on a Part Time (P/T) basis to provide Information Warfare (IW) operations expertise and knowledge of Cryptologic Warfare (CW), Meteorology and Oceanography (METOC), Electronic Warfare (EW), Cyber Operations (CO), NETWORK Ops (NETOPS), Space, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO), and Intelligence (INTEL), domains supporting Navy Information Forces Command (NAVIFOR) manning, training and equipping TYCOM duties. Prospective employee should have experience managing contracts with IW arena ensuring deliverables meet contract obligations, contract Statement Of Work (SOW) requirements exceed expectations, ensure all relevant or emergent contract needs get the attention of DPM, PM or Director whomever is required to solve issues.
The contractor shall:
Support NAVIFOR in all organize, man, train and equip, and identify requirements for all Navy IW capabilities.
Ensure PWS and SOW are clearly understood by DPMs.PMs and Dir of Navy Training and Knowledge Based Services and all contract obligations are meet.
Ensure contract deliverables are provided on time and exceed requirements.
Perform any other duties as assigned by DPM, PM and Director.
Requirements :
Knowledge/Skill Level: Mid-Senior Level OIE manager
Experience: Minimum of Eight (8) years working within the Information Warfare arena, with at least Three (3) years of experience providing contract support, understanding contract deliverables, contract (SOW), and Performance Work Statements (PWS).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related IW field of study. 2 years of experience as contract DPM or PM supporting IW operations will forgo Bachelor’s degree requirement.
Certifications: None
Security Clearance: Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS-SCI) clearance required.
Other: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office/data automation tools is required.
