Responsibilities
Performs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly PM assignments of all dry offset printing presses
Assigned work order tasks.
Performs daily entry of tasks performed and completed into Berry PM Program.
Performs daily reporting of parts used, by use of scanner or other reporting method.
Assists production group leaders with day to day problems with machines.
Maintains GMP, housekeeping and safety standards.
Basic knowledge of electricity
Repair and rebuild color heads
Replaces belts and bearings
Ability to use axillary equipment (drill, grinder, band saw, etc.)
Ability to locate parts from parts list
Other duties as assigned by their supervisor
Qualifications
Extensive hands on experience
Electrical experience
PLC experience
High School Diploma or Trade school
Leadership and communication skills
