Planate Management Group LLC HVAC Technician in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Philippines

Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.
We are looking for an HVAC technician to help with the Facilities Inspection project in Subic, Zambales. As a part of the facility inspection team, your responsibilities will include inspecting HVAC systems, electrical components of HVAC equipment, pipe utility services, and general fire prevention components.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and document maintenance issues of HVAC equipment
Consult with the inspection team about the HVAC system and equipment status.
Analyze HVAC systems and equipment as needed to identify inefficiencies or malfunctions, and suggest ways to enhance performance and increase operational efficiency
Attend regular project team meetings.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Qualifications to be successful in the role:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
3 years of expertise in HVAC installation and/or repair
Has completed HVAC certification training
Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, building products, construction details, and quality standards
Willing to work in Subic, Zambales.
