To strengthen our sales team in the area of DACH, we are looking for our UL Solutions office in Neu-Isenburg (Frankfurt) an experienced and high-motivated
Sales Manager/Lead (m/f/i) – DACH
In this role we expect you to fulfill the following tasks:
Building a Sales Culture
Driving salesperson accountability
Leading team meetings
Strengthening sales culture

Coaching in the field
Reviewing pipelines
Reviewing opportunities
Coaching and Development
Coaching with agility Leading one-on-ones
Increasing motivation

Managing different people differently
Completed commercial training or corresponding studies as well as sound business knowledge
Several years of demonstrable experience in sales in an international environment
You already have strong leadership skills and experience in motivating and developing a team
You have a strategic eye for market developments and customer needs
You are enthusiastic and persuasive, proactive and motivating for sales partners & customers
Your social skills and proactive personality with a "hands-on mentality" and high resilience characterize you
Modern presentation techniques (PPT, etc.) and presentation confidence in front of an audience are your strengths
Your strong sales mindset and actions are demonstrable
You are success-oriented and efficient in your work organization with a high degree of personal responsibility
High willingness to travel
