JOB REQUIREMENTS: DISTRICT SALES MANAGER - PARTS, ACCESSORIES & APPAREL (NORTH & SOUTH DAKOTA) We are looking for a District Sales Manager who will report to the Regional Sales Manager, and who\'ll be tasked with managing a group of dealers to deliver Parts, Accessories & Apparel (PA&A) growth through successful wholesale. As part of your role, you\'ll be influencing dealer retail activities through in-store unit best practices in ways that also contribute to dealer loyalty. YOU\'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Cultivate dealer partnerships by serving as a business partner to support dealers\' long-term success. Maintain regular dealership visits and function as their primary liaison for wholesale orders. Research and analyze dealer performance and market potential by utilizing available reporting and tools. Develop strategic sales plans to deliver district retail and market share targets. Deliver retail and wholesale objectives: mobilize dealers to engage in programs while providing go to market updates and market insights. Influence dealers to adopt BRP best practices around inventory management, sales process, retail environment, merchandising and product training. Empower, develop and inspire dealership teams to drive retail results by delivering an elevated retail customer experience. Actively participate in dealer marketing and collaborate with dealers on retail activation initiatives to optimize retail opportunities. Support dealers with product trainings and regularly attend demo events, open houses, trade shows and community initiatives. Track and document dealer contact activity in SalesForce. Deliver district operational excellence while adhering to budgets and effective time management. Complete expense reports, maintain mileage reporting and ensure compliance with BRP\'s policies.
