Description
Under the direction of the Assembly Supervisor this position is responsible for the assembly of diversified sized units of strength and health equipment. This position differs from level II in that the incumbent is trained in one assembly area, such as Rigs, Xult, Racks, or General Assembly. The incumbent may be in the process of learning other sections, but does not yet do so regularly or independently.

Requirements of All Levels
Operate in one section of the assembly department
Empty painted parts/machines from racks, and bring racks back to paint department
Remove small quantities of metal with hand or power tools to produce close fit parts
Fasten machine parts together with bolts, screw and other fasteners according to building instructions and blueprints
Package machine attachments and parts according to instructions
Have all necessary tools required at your work station and in proper working condition
Regular and reliable attendance
Keep area clean and organized
Follow safety procedures and instructions
Maintain productivity throughout shift
Meet production expectations set by team lead/plant manager
Other duties as assigned
