Job Description Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end contract operations at Olympic Steel, ensuring a seamless process from order entry to material delivery. Collaborate with internal teams, including traffic, production, and sales, to guarantee efficient and effective contract fulfillment. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to optimize contract processes and enhance overall operational efficiency. Monitor contract timelines and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely execution of orders. Act as a liaison with customers, addressing queries, ensuring satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle, and promptly resolving any issues. Maintain accurate records of contracts, deliveries, and customer interactions to uphold data integrity. Analyze data to identify trends and contribute to continuous operational improvements. Qualifications: Proven experience in contract management and operations, preferably in the steel/metals industry. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams within a diverse community. Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization. Familiarity with insights and sales operations is a plus Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field; previous steel/metals experience preferred. Strong customer service and sales aptitude. Desire to build client relationships and increase sales knowledge/experience. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment while managing individual goals and objectives. High energy and drive, strong business and data analysis skills, excellent prioritization, organizational, and time management skills. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, most notably Excel and Office.
