We are advancing the production and delivery of aircraft to meet critical needs for our customers. As we increase our output, we’re focused on ensuring that our production schedules and materials flow seamlessly to maintain efficiency and excellence in every phase of our operations.
THE WORK
As the Production Scheduling and Material Control Supervisor, you will:
Lead the planning, preparation, and issuance of production schedules to ensure the efficient flow of approved materials.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production requirements, from personnel and equipment needs to material availability and pacing.
Manage production timelines to ensure alignment with Sikorsky’s operational goals.
Resolve scheduling conflicts, proactively identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Utilize data and reporting to monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements.

Proven experience in production scheduling, material planning, or supply chain management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
Proficiency in production planning tools and systems.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with SAP / Solumina
Experience with hourly workforce
Strong interpersonal skills
4+ years of relevant experience
Receiving, warehouse and transportation knowledge.
Desired Skills:
* Experience working with a represented work force.
* Strong organizational skills using Outlook and Microsoft
products.
*Ability to learn quickly and adapt
*Previous MFG/operational experience
Previous Sikorsky experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
