Votre priorité est d’assurer la gestion globale d’une activité travaux, de la prise de commande à la réception des travaux .

Otis développe son activité et recherche un ingénieur travaux (H/F) pour intégrer l'Agence de Strasbourg.

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

• Etre le garant de la mise en œuvre du plan EHS dans votre équipe

• Animer l’équipe de conducteurs de travaux et de techniciens autour de l’activité quotidienne et de la stratégie de l’entreprise

• Gestion du planning (préparation, installation, mise en service, levée des réserves)

• Gestion financière de l’affaire (Top de facturation, couverture d’encours, clôture)

• Assurer la relation client (Communication, s’assurer du respect des engagements, être force de proposition pour générer des besoins, gestion de crise.)

• Gestion des aléas du chantier

• Gestion des fournisseurs internes et externes (CLC, EPC, achats locaux, sous-traitants)

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

• Vous devez être titulaire d’un Bac +5 (Ecole d’ingénieur) ou vous disposez idéalement d’une expérience significative réussie (3 à 5 ans) sur un poste similaire. (Management d’équipe très opérationnelles)

• Vous justifiez d'une expérience dans les métiers de l’ascenseur, des travaux ou du bâtiment serait un plus.

• Professionnel(le) engagé(e), la sécurité est votre priorité

• Vous êtes à l’aise dans l’échange et la communication

• Vous disposez d’un bon relationnel et vous appréciez la relation client et le travail d’équipe

• Votre réactivité et votre goût pour le challenge sont de véritables atouts que vous pourrez mettre à profit pour le poste.
