Mission/Purpose of the Job

Responsible for the oversight and coordination of all branch operations. Duties include hiring and training staff, building rapport with customers and creating and implementing procedures to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.

Reports to the Regional Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Responsible for branch bottom line profit

  • Hire and train sales force

  • Inventory management

  • Manage all aspects of dealership

Personal Profile

Essential Educational and/or Training Qualifications and Certificates:

  • College degree in business preferred or equivalent experience

Preferred Experienced and Knowledge:

  • Extensive industry experience prior 3 years

  • Personnel management

  • Sales Management

  • Basic Accounting

  • Inventory Management

Other Requirements:

  • Occasional travel required
