We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Todler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging activities and positive interactions. This role involves working closely with children aged 16 months to 33 months implementing educational programs, and collaborating with parents to support each child's growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques and behavior management strategies. Foster strong relationships with children, ensuring their individual needs are met while promoting independence. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices in early childhood education. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
