Your Impact:

  • Strategize with Senior Leadership: Directly support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) organization, crafting financial forecasts and budgets that shape our strategic direction.

  • Drive Financial Excellence: Deliver incisive monthly financial analyses across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, dissecting performance by segment, channel, and product line.

  • Champion Growth Initiatives: Spearhead financial modeling for new product launches, capital investments, and pricing strategies to fuel our growth and profitability.

  • Be the Trusted Advisor: Act as the finance liaison for cross-functional teams, particularly sales and marketing, ensuring financial insights lead to actionable strategies.

  • Lead with Vision: Supervise a team of sharp financial analysts, fostering an environment of excellence and continuous improvement.

CAREER PROGRESSIONS / PROMOTABLE TO: This person will have the flexibility to progress: (1) within the Finance Department (i.e. Plant Controller, Sr. Director); (2) as manager in other departments within Matco and Vontier.

  • Analytical Prowess: With 5-8 years of experience in finance/business, your budgeting and forecasting acumen is unmatched.

  • Technical Mastery: Your strong Excel skills and proficiency in financial systems like Hyperion and JD Edwards empower you to build robust financial models.

  • Strategic Mindset: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (Graduate Degree preferred) fuels your ability to think and plan strategically.
