Alpha Technologies Services LLC Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Stow, Ohio

Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities

  • Lead the operating plan and forecasting process; act as an advisor to Leadership Team
  • Complete Alpha and Indicor corporate reporting and variance analysis requirements
  • Develop financial models, including profitability analysis, ROIC, and resource utilization
  • Assist Capital and Aftermarket Product Managers with volume, price, mix analysis
  • Work closely with product managers to recommend and implement price actions
  • Analyze marketing campaigns, customer pricing scenarios and deal pursuit
  • Provide analytical reporting that translates data into actionable intelligence
  • Perform detailed business analysis, identify problems, opportunities, and solutions
  • Facilitate consolidation of global orders and sales with international accounting partners
  • Acquire deep understanding of business systems and data sources to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that support Alpha leaders in a variety of forms and formats
  • Utilize Oracle/Hyperion-FCC to automate reporting
  • Manage and maintain the integrity of financial and operational data required to support Alpha, including data in Data Lake, Dynamics CRM, Infor ERP system
  • Participate in business process improvement projects and offer insight into the optimization of various IT systems to maximize efficiency and reduce errors
  • Leverage training opportunities to upgrade the FP&A function

Education - Experience - Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Business Information Systems; MBA a plus
  • 5+ years' experience in finance, accounting, or business systems
  • Experience using Oracle/Hyperion products strongly preferred
  • Experience with Power BI and dashboard reporting strongly preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools strongly preferred
  • Experience with Infor CSI (Syteline) experience as plus
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Works independently with focus on accuracy and quality
  • Proven analytical background
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Ability to work across all levels of the organization, including with senior decision makers
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, with solid teamwork skills
  • Global experience including multi-currency environment
