Vontier Financial Customer Support Associate 9A-5:30P OR 10:30A-7P in Stow, Ohio
This position will be based at our headquarters in Stow, Ohio and work on a hybrid schedule: Tuesdays through Thursdays in office, and from home Mondays and Fridays.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Drive Change: Take charge of account transfer requests and ensure the accuracy of customer information.
Communicate with Impact: Engage directly with customers to provide stellar service and clear guidance on payment solutions.

Innovate and Document: Contribute to process documentation and engage in ad-hoc analysis to improve operations.

A minimum of 6 months in collections within a call center environment.
A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Unwavering integrity and excellent account management skills.
The ability to thrive with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Proficiency in Excel and Word.
Must be able to work Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM OR 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
