Elevate Your Career at Iron Mountain

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Listing Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating and managing product listings across various e-commerce platforms, including eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry, excellent computer skills, and experience in electronics or consumer electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listing Management: Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

  • Content Creation: Write compelling product descriptions that highlight features and benefits to attract customers.

  • Image Selection and Editing: Choose and edit product images to enhance visual appeal and ensure compliance with platform standards.

  • Pricing Updates: Regularly update pricing information based on market trends and inventory changes.

  • Inventory Management: Utilize Pluto software to effectively list and manage inventory on e-commerce sites.

  • Cross-Platform Listing: Coordinate listings across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in data entry and strong computer skills.

  • Knowledge of consumer electronics, including laptops, Bluetooth speakers, and related products.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their listing requirements.

  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ALM (Asset Lifecycle Management) knowledge.

  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and operations.
