Inside Sales Representative – Parts and Service Offerings
Location: [Stony Plain / Hybrid] – Days in the office can be determined at time of hiring and may vary dependent on business needs.
Agriterra Equipment is one of North America's largest AGCO dealers. Representing exceptional brands, including Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Rogator, Bourgault, Morris, and Cub Cadet. Agriterra is also the first authorized sales and service centre for CAT agricultural products in North America. Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Aftermarket, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing both current customer accounts and generating new leads for new business opportunities within our parts and service offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with both current and new clients. The candidate will have the opportunity to create innovative processes, improve customer loyalty, and a play a significant role in the overall growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Management:
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts and service offerings, providing guidance and support
Conduct regular follow-ups to assess customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential new customers through research and outreach
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and increase sales of parts and service offerings
Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that drive interest and generate leads
Sales Process:
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for customers
Prepare and deliver appropriate parts and service material to prospective clients
Work with appropriate team members to determine applicable pricing to close sales and meet revenue targets
Reporting and Analysis:
Track sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress within CRM system
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement
Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales - parts and service industry experience would be a definite asset
Experience monitoring machine telematics to initiate customer interactions is a definite asset
Experience with total cost of ownership (TCO) is an asset
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using CRM, Excel, and Microsoft Office software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Passport or the ability to obtain one
