Your Impact
You oversee and manage the sales operations across the entire MF full line
You develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base and drive growth
You develop a brand strategy to promote a strong brand image
You lead and motivate the sales and marketing team, enhancing brand awareness within the organization
You collaborate with the Dealer Development Manager to implement and maintain the Dealer Standards Program, driving continuous improvement and dealer development
Your Experience and Qualifications
+5 years experience in a related sales position and knowledge of the agricultural industry
Excellent people management skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of work
Profound knowledge of the dealer environment and the digitalization of dealerships
Experienced in Sales Funnel management in a CRM environment
