Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Stone Mountain, Georgia

Description We are offering an employment opportunity in Stone Mountain, Georgia for the role of a Customer Service Representative. This role is set in the telecom industry and is primarily focused on maintaining high-quality customer service and handling customer credit inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, mainly over the phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Efficiently process customer credit applications.

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit.

• Carry out collection calls to customers for delinquent payments.

• Handle high volume calls and paperwork, ensuring all data is accurately recorded.

• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and email correspondence.

• Schedule appointments as necessary.

• Engage in customer service-related tasks in a call center environment.

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as necessary.

• Use your skills in collections to ensure all customer accounts are up-to-date. Requirements • Demonstrated ability in answering inbound calls efficiently and professionally

• Proven experience in call center customer service

• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively

• Proficiency in data entry and order entry tasks with high accuracy

• Experience in managing email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently

• Previous experience in collections, with an ability to negotiate payment plans and resolve financial disputes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

• High level of professionalism and a positive attitude towards work.
