Supply Chain Administrator is to provide administrative support across the planning and logistic functions at Caterpillar Inc Stockton facility.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation of supply chain KPI’s

  • Invoice matching with supply Purchase Orders

  • Maintenance blanket orders and sub-con Purchase Orders

  • MRP reports (keeping work orders updated)

  • Ordering office stock.

  • Maintaining all documents relating to supply chain process.

Skills and competencies:

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Competent with Microsoft office.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • MRP/ERP literate.

  • Strong organisational skills.

Salary: £29,000
