Robert Half Help Desk Analyst III in Stockton, California
Description We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst III to join our team in the transport industry, based in Stockton, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling end-user onboarding/offboarding, systems imaging, and administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud SaaS applications. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and requires providing exceptional support to end-users and creating system documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Handle the setup and deactivation of user accounts and devices
• Develop and deploy system images
• Manage Microsoft 365 services and Azure AD tasks
• Support cloud applications
• Provide timely user support and troubleshooting
• Create and update system documentation
• Utilize skills in Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Azure Active Directory, and Cloud administration
• Prepare and maintain network documentation
• Use MS Office 365 for various administrative tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including MS Office 365, Microsoft 365 Enterprise, and O 365
• Expertise in Azure Active Directory and Active Directory
• Knowledge of Cloud administration
• Experience in creating Network documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Transport industry
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Willingness to continually update knowledge and skill set in line with changing industry developments
