Overview
Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton is recruiting an additional Gastroenterologist to join our multi-specialty group in Stockton, CA. The incoming specialist would develop a busy, full-scope practice. Fellowship training in hepatology is required.

Compensation Range: $435,130 - $542,723 / Year

Responsibilities
Patient Care : Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Procedures: Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
Communication : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
Documentation : Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
Team Collaboration : Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
Quality Improvement : Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.
Compliance : Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations.
Continuous Learning : Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.
Qualifications
A valid and unrestricted California medical license
Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
Pay Range
$209.19 - $260.92 /hour
