What you get to do every day

  • Investigate reports and sheets of data

  • Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

  • Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress

  • Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources

  • Review completed work for content errors or duplicate values before presenting the final product

  • Classify information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

  • Sift through websites for information

Requirements

  • Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

  • Proven knowledge of filing

  • Good understanding of typing 45 - 60 words per minute

  • Database management experience preferred

  • General familiarity with MS Outlook

  • Deep understanding of data entry

  • Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel

  • Earlier work involving records maintenance

  • Quality experience with Numeric 8,001 - 10,000 KPH

  • Alpha 8,001 - 10,000 kph experience

  • Wide ranging experience with order entry

  • Email experience highly desired

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word

  • navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Consistent typing accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
