Aerotek Catering Server in Stockton, California
Description:
Catering servers will be responsible for the set up, service and take down of all scheduled events. This includes setting up tables and chairs, setting the table, bussing tables, picking up trash, loading/unloading all event supplies.
Events include dinner service, drink service, passing Hors d'oeuvres that range from small intimate gatherings (10-20 people) to large events (200-400 people).
Dinner service includes food running to tables, bussing tables, serving food, serving dessert and refilling drinks.Leads must be able to manage buffet lines, manage breaks for employees, work independently.

Servers must display strong work ethic, take feedback well.
Schedule:
5:00 am - 1:30 pm (Set Up Crew/Early Events)
3:00 pm - 11:30 pm (Dinner events)
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Tear Down/Clean Up)
Must be flexible on different shifts.
One day may work an early breakfast, followed by a dinner service the following day and vice versa.
