Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, growing, and developing the business sales with key accounts, both existing and new.

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Taking full P&L responsibility for key customer accounts, including strategic planning, forecasting, and campaign management.

  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Controllers, Marketing, Channel Managers, and other internal stakeholders.

  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for business growth and market expansion.

  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

  • Providing informal leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior members of the team.

  • Negotiating contracts and agreements. (Prices and central campaigns).

This role is based at our office in Stockholm, and you will report directly to the Nordic Commercial Grocery Manager.

Travel within Sweden and the Nordics region is required for this role.

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in key account management or a similar senior-level sales role within the FMCG industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing Grocery key accounts and driving sales growth.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities.

  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

  • University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
