Autodesk Customer Success Manager for Construction in Stockholm, Sweden

As a Customer Success Manager within the Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) organization, you will be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to your assigned customers, ensuring their desired outcomes are achieved using our technology. You will be the main driver for product adoption, expanding your relationship network within the customer to identify and build repeatable adoption plays by collecting product data, customer feedback and analyzing patterns of successful customers. Using these plays, you will scale the success of your customers, aligning on business outcomes and present progress during Business Reviews. Additionally, you will be a voice of the customer on product roadmap discussions and the strategic ACS vision for our construction business."

Reporting to the EMEA Manager of Customer Success for Named Accounts, the ACS Customer Success Manager is a strategic partner to your assigned customers. Dependent on where you are located you will either be a hybrid or remote worker in one of the countries you are supporting.

What You'll Do

  • You enjoy discussing and driving digitization and digitalization of our customers and the AEC industry as a whole.

  • You will onboard new construction customers and you will seek areas to grow solution adoption, and recommend best practices to increase their post-purchase use

  • You are comfortable exceeding target goals by maintaining a high customer retention rate, coordinating with ACS sales to ensure on-time renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities

  • You will hold regular check-in calls, executive business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions with customers

  • You will track account health to identify churn risk and work to eliminate that risk

  • You will develop a trusted advisor relationship with your customers and serve as an advocate for customer needs within the (ACS) team

  • You are comfortable proposing and building processes to allow our organization to grow, and collaborate with numerous partners and teams, internally and externally.

  • You will be an ACS promoter while identifying industry positive outcomes, required capabilities, and finding relevant forums to increase awareness of ACS services

Minimum Qualifications

  • You will have at least 3 years' experience in a customer-facing, B2B role ideally in the construction industry (i.e. Project Manager, VDC/BIM Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer, Site supervisor)

  • You have worked previously with large/complex Enterprise organisations.

  • You are fluent in English, if you have an additional European language that would great.

  • You have experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a client-facing role

  • Ideally, you will have knowledge of AEC workflows and awareness of BIM solutions focused on Construction BIM 360, Plangrid, Assemble, ACC) or similar CDE and Construction/Project Management solutions

  • Travel up to 30% on average
