The Total Rewards Analyst is primarily responsible for performing analytical work on the design, implementation and administration onOSUtotal rewards programs, including compensation and benefit programs. This role involves analyzing data, summarizing trends, conducting market research, and providing recommendations to ensure the institutions compensation and benefits packages are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the strategic objectives. The position will work closely with the Senior Director of Total Rewards and other HR Professionals/Leadership to determine appropriate total rewards strategies and actions based upon analysis data and trends, and will be a contributing member or team lead on special projects as needed.
