The Research and Financial Services (RFS) Office in the Spears School of Business (SSB) is a centralized function, dedicated to all aspects of the Schools financial operations. This position primarily provides support for the SSB Outreach departments.\ \ Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\
- Serving as the procurement agent for SSB Outreach department including purchases via P/Card and OK Corral ensuring that purchases are made in accordance with state and university policies and procedures\ \
- Serving as a resource for Outreach P-Card cardholders, interpreting state and university policies and procedures on procurement issues\ \
- Monthly reconciliation of SSB Outreach accounts and deposits for related state accounts.\ \
- Preparation of OSU Foundation vouchers for Outreach departments\ \
- Processing frequent state and foundation deposits for Outreach departments, HTM restaurants, and HTM special events
\ Initiative, Accuracy, and a customer-service attitude are essential.
