Lakeview Memorial Hospital Association Occupational Therapist - Casual in Stillwater, Minnesota
Responsible for patient assessment, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs that help restore vocational, homemaking, daily living skills and general independence to disabled persons. Work Schedule: Casual. 1 weekend or 2 weekend days/month and in holiday rotation 1(occ 2) holidays/year, rotated through team Required Qualifications: Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy school Minnesota Occupational Therapy license Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license (Specific only to employees practicing telemedicine in Wisconsin) Current BLS - American Heart Association or BLS - American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider) Preferred Qualifications: Hospital experience Benefits: Lakeview Hospital offers a competitive benefits package (.5 FTE or greater) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, 401k with match, disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
