Associated Eye Care, LTD Administrative Assistant in Stillwater, Minnesota

This position will be responsible for administrative duties in support of the Associated Physician Partners leadership team, management and board. The administrative assistant will also be responsible for a variety of duties pertaining to the functioning of Associated Physician Partners administrative location and services. Administrative Assistant Essential Functions Welcomes and receives visitors at administrative office Clerical duties to include but not limited to: copying, scanning, faxing, mail distribution, filing and printing/distribution of internal documents Creates and modifies documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office Skillfully prepare and refine various documents, including correspondence, reports and presentations. Support Associated Physician Partners leadership in assigned project-based work, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality Files and maintains organizational documents, records and reports including vendors, leases, insurance contracts and the like Assists in coordination, planning and scheduling of meetings including board meetings, strategic planning meetings and annual employee meetings and events Coordinates physician hospital/ASC appointments, licensing & renewals, and related tasks Monitors and maintains tidiness of common areas of administrative location Other duties as assigned Other Essential Functions Must be available to work outside of regular working hours on occasion and able to travel to other AEC offices as needed Must present self at the workstation, ready for work, at the scheduled time Participates in department and company meetings, as requested Performs other duties as assigned
