Job Title: Service Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a mechanically inclined Service Technician/Laborer to join our team. The role involves being responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and service of automotive, electronic, hydraulic, and/or mechanical equipment .
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, perform repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance on fueling systems.
Monitor and maintain accurate parts inventory for the service van.
Analyze and repair electronic and mechanical issues.
Install, program, and test new equipment.
Collect samples and perform environmental tests.
Communicate with customers and explain technical issues.
Assist in installing and testing petroleum tanks, piping, and other equipment.
Help remove and dispose of old petroleum equipment.
Move, secure, install, build, load, and unload materials.
Follow all safety procedures.
Operate various power tools, skid loaders, air compressors, forklifts, and other related tools and equipment.
Essential Skills
Experience in installation and troubleshooting.
Heavy equipment operation.
Construction experience, particularly in a commercial setting (1+ years).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience as a heavy equipment operator is ideal.
Familiarity with POS computer systems and repairs is a significant advantage.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
