JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB ID: 21530 Position Title: Administrative Assistant III TTC Title and Code: Administrative Assistant III (AD003) FTE: 100% Principal Work Location: UW-Stevens Point Main Campus Supervisor: Anne Rogalski, Associate Director Position Summary The Administrative Assistant III\'s responsibilities focus on a CE Team that schedules and coordinates approximately 500 offerings spanning across three campuses and other offsite venues, the majority of which are non-credit. This position acts as the lead for the registration positions as the primary manager and supporter for the registration system; sets up events in the registration system using the program details supplied by the CE staff; resolves problems staff and customers have with the system; maintains the registration software, and serves as backup to customer service. Success in this position involves being able to manage multiple priorities, work on multiple projects at different stages of completion, work independently and within groups, participate in procedure planning discussions, make decisions based on sound judgment, and work professionally while in frequent contact with varied constituents. The individual should have knowledge of workflow processes, problem solving skills, outstanding oral and written communication, an understanding of non-credit programming, attention to detail, a high level of accuracy regarding fiscal and program details, knowledge of Event Management Software (EMS) systems, and be able to work in a team environment. Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. Evening and weekend hours will be required as needed to support the unit.
