We are looking for an experienced billing specilist to take on a position in Sterling. The ideal candidate has two years of hands on billing or accounting experience. Candidates should be well versed in billing in logistics industry and possess excellent communication skill. Candidates with Great Plains experience will be given preference.
salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Revenue entry and invoicing commercial customers.
Preparation of Commission statements
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to use accounting software programs such as GP
analytical skills to locate and correct errors and double-check calculations
Multitasking ability to work on multiple tasks throughout the day
Sending bills to customers to request payment for services or goods provided
