You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and get, want, and have capacity to do the following things:
Welcome customers and manage final dispensing of pickup orders
Provide administrative support for the operations and leadership teams
Compile, analyze and prepare reports in collaboration with the leadership team
Manage inventory of facility supplies
Arrange and plan social events, business functions, and holiday parties
You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following:
Manage a queue of orders for pickup via our customized retail pharmacy software
Greet and provide excellent customer service to patients and customers
Act as the point of contact for visitors, inspectors, and customers
We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers each day:
Manage patient pickups (20-30 a day)
Greet potential customers and visitors (20-30 a week)
Manage ongoing administrative and operations tasks (5-10 a week)
