General Dynamics Land Systems Supply Chain Management Purchase Card Administrat in Sterling Heights, Michigan

Manage GDLS Purchase Card Program Create user accounts and new credit cards Conduct new user and annual training Perform monthly audit of P-Card transactions Manage and enforce cardholder compliance to stated policies Manage journal entries for non-compliant purchases Review and enforce authorized exemptions Provide oversight and update of internal business processes and policies Support JPMorgan Chase requirement changes Lead DCMA P-Card Audit Other Responsibilities Interface with both external auditors (DCMA/DCAA) and internal auditors Support regulatory audits (MAARS, Incurred Cost, Accounting System, Material Management & Accounting System (MMAS), Contract Purchasing System Review (CPSR)) Provide oversight of business processes and procedures including modifications and development Perform monthly internal audit of purchase order Assist in the supplier onboarding process Manage projects through schedule, issue resolution, to completion Identify areas for continuous improvements and facilitate applicable solutions Job Requirements Years of experience: 3-5 Bachelor's degree required (preferred Accounting, Finance, or related) Possess a strong technical aptitude with applications and data management Working knowledge of SCM related ERP/Oracle applications and report/query development tools (e.g.COGNOS, OBIEE) Solid communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written) Customer service experience preferred Ability to lead and present to audiences of varying sizes Self-directed Ability to work in a team environment Attention to detail and follow-up Ability to work under pressure (i.e. compressed deadlines) Strong time management Skills Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Travel required US Citizenship Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
