Moreover, these regulations require that covered prime contractors and subcontractors take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.Job Title: Production Machine Operator- PrintingLocation: Stearns, KYJob SummaryThe printing production machine operator requires the ability to perform the functions listed in this description while practicing good quality and safety within performanceEssential Job Functions:· Basic understanding of good manufacturing practices and working within regulated industriesWillingness to accept change, learn, and work with new processesAttention to detail and ability to observe your work station and surroundingsEffective communicationTime managementAbility to abide by all policies and procedures including safetyNotify lead when stepping away from machine to cover absenceEssential Job Responsibilities:Responsibilities include but are not limited to-· Inspect machine at least once from infeed to exit while identifying any issues with fabric, threading, screens, pump, set up, and print tools· Cut materials as straight as possible· Use butt seam machines for joining all materials to be printed· Use bag closer only for joining lead materials at oven entrance· Maintain pigment pipes at correct angle with pigments at proper levels in all screens· Stopping and reporting DRY BAR (misprint) for removal· Ensure hand squeegee is in safe position to prevent dripping· Remove pigment that has splashed or dripped onto top of screen rails· Slow or stop machine at bad seams, straighten material to remove slack· Maintain visual contact with screens and fabric while changing barrels· Stopping as necessary to clean when foreign object build up is under and on top of screens· Clean up· Stop and Report to lead when:o Material rolls over on both sides of belto Printing margin of material and screenso Registration Issueso Any perceived differences in pigment colors at barrel, screen, and exit from oveno Damage or irregular fabricWork Environment:· Area is not environment controlledPhysical Essential Functions:· Requires standing for time periods up to 10 hours per day· Requires walking· Requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds but not repetitivelyJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to Relocate:Stearns, KY 42647: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
